You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. For physical products, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of physical products. For both physical and digital products, please contact us at to notify us and explain the issue you’re having with the product, and we’ll be happy to help facilitate your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you request a refund, upon receipt of the returned item we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you would prefer an exchange please let us know. You may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
